This Terms and Conditions shall apply to all customers of Forest City Golf Resort to understand and Forest City Golf Resort have the authorize and legal right based on the terms and condition to make any decision.
Rates
All rates applicable are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)
Rates will be applicable for reservation made directly with the hotel or through its approved sales channels only.
All information and rates offered in agreement are strictly CONFIDENTIAL and shall not be disclosed to a third party for whatever reason or purpose
Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
Tee Time Reservation Policy
All tee times reservation requires an appointment at least 14 days before the date of the tee time (“Event Date”)
The appointment for the Event Date must be made via email for customers making the reservation for the first time and/or which Forest City Golf Resort does not have records of in the database.
Cancellation Notice and Policy
Cancellation or any changes to the number of players, tee time, date and golf course must be made 48 hours prior to the Event Date and shall be done via email only (“Cancellation Process”). Failure to comply with the Cancellation made 48 hours or more would result in 100% full sum of the total cost charge.
Additional players, change of tee time, date or golf course are strictly subject to the resort’s availability at that times.
Cancellation here means not to play on the Event Date. This does not apply to on day arrangements at the reception by cancelling an existing booking and changing it to another tee time or golf course on the same day
Advanced cancellations are required in order to provide opportunities to other players to make advance bookings to play
No double bookings on the same day will be accepted under any circumstances. Players wishing to play a second round can apply in person at the Reception after completing their first round.
Any player with an advance tee time booking who fails to turn up to register at the reception or make cancellation 30 minutes before the scheduled tee time is considered a NO SHOW and NO SHOW guest will be charged full sum of the total cost.
Group / Tournament tee time booking is available and can only be made by the Event Sales Team
The rates on weekends and weekdays are different. If a Public Holiday falls on a weekday, weekday rate still applies.
All confirmed bookings are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.
